Cookies & Browser Storage

1. Current position

Syntix does not currently intentionally enable advertising pixels, cross-site behavioural tracking, social-media tracking pixels or general visitor analytics on this website.

The website also does not currently use persistent first-party preference storage for a colour-theme or similar optional user preference.

2. Cloudflare security and Turnstile

The website uses Cloudflare for delivery and security and may use Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile evaluates technical and browser signals such as IP address, user-agent, browser/TLS characteristics and the site or origin requesting the challenge.

Cloudflare's standard Turnstile flow returns a one-time verification token to the website. Depending on Cloudflare security configuration and whether optional pre-clearance is enabled, Cloudflare security cookies such as cf_clearance may also be issued. Such security technology is used for protecting the requested website or form, not for advertising.

3. Why there is no optional-cookie banner today

Because Syntix does not intentionally activate optional analytics, advertising or marketing storage in the current website build, we do not present a consent banner merely to obtain unnecessary choices.

This does not mean that a visitor can never see a security-related cookie or browser-storage item from the website infrastructure. Strictly necessary security technologies are treated separately from optional tracking under applicable e-privacy rules.

4. Future analytics, chat, embeds or marketing tools

Syntix will not intentionally activate a non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing, embedded-media or similar browser-storage technology without first reviewing the applicable consent and transparency requirements for the markets in which the website is offered.

If a future technology requires consent, the control will be implemented before that technology is activated for visitors to whom the requirement applies. This page and the Privacy Notice will also be updated.

5. Third-party links

Opening an external website from a link on syntixbs.com takes you to a separate service with its own cookies and privacy practices. A normal link does not mean Syntix controls that third party's storage technologies.

6. Managing browser data

You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site data through your browser. Blocking a security technology that is necessary for abuse prevention may prevent a protected form or request from working correctly.
