How we work
Keep the job clear before it gets complicated.
Every job is different. We still agree the scope, control access, show progress, test the important parts and leave usable notes behind.
We look at the current system, workload or delivery problem and what your team needs someone else to own.
We write down what is included, what stays with your team, what we need from you and how the work will be accepted.
Access should match the job. Production privilege is agreed, not assumed.
Blockers, decisions and material risks are raised while there is still time to do something about them.
We check the agreed outcome and the failure or exception cases that matter to normal use.
A project ends with usable notes and clear ownership. Ongoing work moves into an agreed support, reporting and change process.
Need extra delivery capacity?
Engineer selection and partner responsibilities are covered separately.
If you are looking for defined work, flexible capacity or a dedicated engineer, the Partner Delivery page explains selection, customer ownership, handover and replacement.
Ongoing support
If the same issue keeps coming back, decide who owns it.
For ongoing work, we agree where requests come in, what Syntix handles, what gets escalated, who approves changes and how recurring issues are reviewed.
When it makes sense, a recurring support problem becomes a specific improvement task instead of staying on the support queue forever.
