Defined work
Use this for a migration, remediation, automation, implementation or other technical task with an agreed result.
Partner delivery
For MSPs, IT providers, consultancies and integrators that need more Microsoft delivery capacity without changing who owns the customer relationship.
Choose the level of capacity
Use this for a migration, remediation, automation, implementation or other technical task with an agreed result.
Use this when workload changes and you need qualified help without reserving one engineer full time.
Use this when recurring work needs a named or reserved engineer who works closer to your team.
Who owns what
If the end customer belongs to your business, the commercial relationship stays with you. Before we start, we decide who talks to the client, who sets priorities and who approves production changes.
If the law or your customer contract requires Syntix to be disclosed as a subprocessor, white-label delivery does not change that.
What work can we cover?
Typical work sits around Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, selected Azure operations, PowerShell, Graph and automation. The full capability list lives on the Services page so this page can stay focused on how the partnership works.
Engineer selection
For dedicated or longer-running work, we define the role first. Candidates are screened against that role and technically assessed. If you want to speak to the person before we start, that can be part of the process.
We agree the actual work, level and boundaries before looking for a person.
The assessment tests the Microsoft work the person will actually be expected to do.
For dedicated work, you can meet the proposed engineer before the engagement begins.
Day-to-day work
Where it makes sense, the engineer uses your ticketing, documentation and communication channels. Your team can set day-to-day priorities. Higher-risk changes follow the review and approval route agreed for the engagement.
Your architecture and L3 responsibility stays with your team unless we explicitly agree something different.
Continuity
We document recurring tasks, important decisions and enough context for someone else to take over.
If the primary person changes, the next person starts from the documented work instead of starting from zero.
We only promise the cover we can actually provide. A backup person does not automatically receive production access.
Technical evaluation
For a suitable first requirement, we can do a small 2–3 hour technical evaluation at no charge using a completed or historical task with sanitised material. No end-customer credentials. No live production data. You get the result and the documentation, then decide whether a paid engagement makes sense.
The test is for technical fit. Live work still needs the normal security, data and access setup.
Security and data
Syntix works from Pakistan. The Security and International Delivery pages explain how we handle access, personal data and cross-border work without repeating those rules here.
What is not getting done?
We will tell you whether defined, flexible or dedicated support makes sense.
