Partner delivery

You keep the client. We take on the Microsoft work we agree.

Syntix works with MSPs, IT providers and consultancies that need help with a defined Microsoft workload. A first engagement starts with a clear requirement; recurring support can grow from there if the fit is right.

How to start

Start with real work, not a staffing promise.

Defined work

A migration, administration task, remediation, automation or other technical job with an agreed result.

Recurring support

Ongoing Microsoft administration or technical work once the first scope and working model are proven.

Additional capacity

If recurring demand becomes large enough, Syntix can add Pakistan-based technical capacity against the actual role and workload.

Current delivery model

Direct technical ownership at the start.

Initial delivery is handled directly by Syntix's founder. If a partner relationship creates stable recurring demand, additional engineers can be recruited and assessed for that specific requirement.

About Syntix →

Who owns what

Your customer stays with your business.

You keep the customer relationship, commercial ownership, priorities and the approval points that need to remain with your team. Syntix is responsible for the technical work agreed in scope.

If the law or your customer contract requires Syntix to be disclosed as a processor, subprocessor or supplier, a white-label working model does not remove that requirement.

What work fits?

Microsoft administration and automation.

Typical work includes Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure administration, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, migrations and Power Automate / Microsoft 365 automation.

If the relationship grows

Additional engineers are added against a real requirement.

For larger recurring work, the role is defined first. Candidates can then be screened and technically assessed against the work they will actually be expected to do. The partner can speak to the proposed engineer before the engagement begins.

Role first

We agree the work, technical level, working hours and access boundaries before recruiting for the requirement.

Technical assessment

The assessment should reflect the Microsoft work the engineer will actually perform.

Partner interview

You can meet the proposed engineer before a longer-running assignment begins.

Technical evaluation

Want to see the work before granting production access?

For a suitable first requirement, we can use a small completed or historical task with sanitised material to demonstrate technical fit. No end-customer credentials. No live production data.

The evaluation does not replace the legal, security or access setup needed for live work.

Security and data

Access is agreed before live work starts.

Syntix works from Pakistan. Security, customer approval and international data-transfer requirements depend on the workload and the end customer.
